Our Graduates Say

"Getting Pilates Mat certified with Jessica Taylor's The Ground is an investment I am SO glad that I made. I came into the training program with a background in dance, Personal Training, and teaching group fitness, but I was really looking to expand my offerings, deepen my knowledge of Pilates, and reconnect with my own body and nervous system. Jessica's expertise and guidance allowed me to fully absorb, practice, and embody everything I was learning with confidence. Upon receiving my certification almost 5 years ago, I have been steadily teaching group classes and working 1-on-1 with private clients. I am so grateful to have received such a strong Pilates foundation to build off of, and to be working in a capacity that feels rewarding every day.  You can find me teaching in NYC at Equinox, The Yoga Room and Stretch*d."
